Flexiple job scoring methodology
The Flexiple Job Score is a way to measure the quality of a job. The score is based on a number of factors, including the company's culture, benefits, and work-life balance.
The factors that are considered in the Flexiple job score include:
Adoption of remote work: Whether they adopt full-remote, remote-first, remote-friendly, hybrid, or in-office.
Job Location: Whether they hire globally for all positions or not.
Diversity across functions: The diversity of the company's workforce, across different functions.
Vacation policy: # of leaves they allow, split into three categories (unlimited, 10-25, or <10)
Profit sharing/ESOPs: Whether the company offers profit sharing or ESOPs.
Health insurance: Whether the company provides health insurance.
Maternity/child care benefits: Whether the company provides maternity or child care benefits.
Allows async working: Whether the company allows async working.
Flexiple Vetted: Whether the company has been vetted by Flexiple.
The Flexiple job score is a number between 0 and 17, with 17 being the best score. The score is calculated by adding up the scores for each of the factors.
